until our creditors meeting.

It was originaly planned for the 20th but was put back a day to Midday on the 21st.

Feeling quite calm at present but that will most likely change closer to the time. We can only hope that the creditors will be filled with Christmas cheer and say yes. Will find out soon enough.

Would like to take this oportunity to thank everyone for their help and support so far. This forum and the people on it are a blessing.

Have a very Merry Christmas.

Kind Regards.

Lee,

All the very best...I am sure you will get the result you want and it will be such a relief. I have not seen anyone who has had their IVA rejected on this forum yet...adjourned yes but not rejected at a creditors meeting...you have probably read this before but IPs wouldn't waste their resources on you if you didn't stand a good chance of being accepted!

Regards

Bluebelle

Best of luck Lee, Hope it goes well for you! fingers x'd

Are you still paying 27p to the £ after IP fees on ur debt of 36k???

Ours is similar at 29p to £ of debts at 32k...just waiting for the date, so hoping yours will get agreed then we will feel more confident on ours!
IVA in 2007 - failed in 2008.

hi Bluebelle,
my circumstances sound like yours. I hope mine gets approved. Can I ask who your creditors are?
