That's all he's responsible for - the kids. I think he did well getting out when he did.

I saw her three years ago at Dublin airport, she was going to board a plane for Manchester. She had the two girls with her. She was very slim and attractive then, and the kids were lovely.

Hes got a nice little nest egg. Money tucked away from selling storys about her to the papers and magazines. All of which he denies of course. A top paper got the first pictures of their baby. He didnt know how they got it yet it was the picture he had just taken on his mobile phone mmmmmmmm

I'm not offended by any of the comments and maybe I did come across as being judgmental regarding her financial situation and I'm sorry for that [:I]...... BUT I still say that she is a vulgar, foul-mouthed, fame-hungry, attention seeker and the kids are better off away from her. She has repeatedly been given chances by her 'public' and she had repeatedly thrown it back in our faces. Crying about how devastated she was that Brian left, how he had ruined the family, then she seemed to get her act together then met that leech.....that's when she started to crumble in public. She has put her marriage, her addiction to celebrity, her addiction to illegal drugs, her bi-polar, etc, etc ALL before her kids, what emotional damage has been done to all of them, not just the 2 eldest???
I'm not making excuses for Brian but maybe he moved to Austrailia to give a bit of distance between them, lets face it, it's only a day away and he can afford the airfair....((We are thinking of emmigrating and we will be taking my 11 year old away from his dad.....am I being a bad parent??))
Yes, she is ill with Bi-polar, was abandoned when she was a child and is a 'recovering' coke addict but come on, there is only so much she can milk the sympathy vote for AND get paid for it....we all have issues and baggage that can affect, even ruin our lives but we all have to get on with it and stop being a victim!
She's had her day, she needs to realise that by chasing the limelight, she is harming herself and her family beyond repair......

I think the fees of the OR are applied and she will have to clear ALL the costs, ie court costs etc.

Plus, she hasn't learned from her mistakes, and even if she manages to dig herself out of this hole, I doubt it will be the last time we will hear of her financial problems.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't wish BR on anyone, but some people don't learn their lesson. All she needed to do was sell a couple of cars and it would be problem solved. If I could have sold anything to pay my debts and avoid BR I would have done so.

I really hope she does learn her lesson, but on past form I think not.

Her BR is due to a hefty tax bill as like most 'self employed' celebrities they have to ensure that thay don't spent the tax and to pay it, unlike the 9 to 5s which have that deducted every month. Not paying it is tax evading and thats why the Inland Revenue will go nuts along with Customs - if you cheat the government they will do more than than to serve a Charging order or sent Bailiffs round.....thay are the baddies of all creditors....

Maybe her ex Brian could have given her a loan???
