I do feel I know exactly where you were coming from Lili, as I have been battling myself over the last few weeks with whether I am going to stay part of the forum, but I too am glad you are going to continue to post. I know I haven't been posting alot lately but I have been reading bits and it's people like you that make me smile, cry and well, realise why I always get drawn back to this site. I personally feel that the forum does have a few more less than sympathetic posters than it had back in April when I joined but it is people like you and others that have been named in the this thread along with a few more besides that keep people like me on the straight and narrow. I have a feeling I know who upset you, and take it from me you are worth ten of this person. Keep your head held high hun! Big hugs from me and enjoy your little grandbaby. XX

I just wanted to second what everyone has said. I'm so looking forward to meeting you as I always sense a calming influence from you. You do make this a 'community' rather than just a help forum. We are trying to do the same over on BR (Jo- you are doing a fab job!), but I dont think we'll ever have the banter that you guys have. We are more like ships that pass in the night as opposed to the IVA-ers who are in it for the long run.
So never leave, we'd have to come and find you......and wouldnt be able to afford the train fair![;)]
Love Karen x

lily....it seems as if there have been a few wobbly times for us newer members and for those like you who have been around for a long time.....it is when we are most vulnerable that we feel we cant keep pressing on..

but i know i speak for all the newer members when i say...it is YOU and the "older" members that have not only welcomed us newbies...but have given great advice...unremitting support and endless encouragement...and i speak also from personal experience in the last couple of days..

enjoy your grandbaby....lots of hugs...get recharged and come back feeling great

Thanks so much you guys. I was so upset yesterday and felt really alone and got at. I just wanted to cry. If it hadnt been for my email buddies, skip and ang plus emma t, I really dont know what I would have done. Its just so heart warming to see I was never alone at all. I guess it was a vunerable moment and I did vent a little spleen myself, it has to be said.

So thanks for all your lovely thoughts. Marie (money stinks). I am so sorry you felt you wanted to move away. I guess its up to all of us to stick together and help each other through these times. Maybe we should all have at least two email buddies to keep us all sane and on the straight and narrow. To have a 'meanie moment' when youre vunerable and posting for help isnt nice, so our email buddies could help us and prevent any 'spleen venting' retaliations, plus give us a virtual hug of course.

Love to all of you wonderful people.

Hi Lily

Great news I was really worried yesterday, it would leave a massive hole in the forum if you were to stop posting.
Take some time to yourself and look after you as well as everyone else,
love & best wishes

You can email posters if they are happy for you to have their email addresses.
