Hi Dee.g, I'm really sorry you are having such a tough time with Varden Nuttall. At a time when you are so vunerable. I am glad mine was approved this time last week, as I am with VN and would have been very worried had I read your posts before then. I can only say that they have been really professional during my dealings with them so am really sorry that your experiance has not been so positive. Hope it works out for you

Dee ... I am so sorry to hear that you are still having difficulties ... I do hope that you get something sorted out soon, this must really just be adding to so much extra pressure for you.

They've held your creditors meeting then dee by the sounds of it, and it has been approved.

The payment she is talking about would be your IVA payment.

Have you accepted the IVA?

Dee- you must feel as though you're going around in circles! If the IVA has been approved and you're happy to continue dealing with this company -great. Ring her back and ask her when will you receive a copy of the chairmans report?

I would still explain all this to Tina at Melanie's office just to make sure everything is as it should be, you know?
