My pay has increased and I have been asked to pay £2000 backdated 6 months. If Ican offer a F&F settlement will this amount be deducted as a sum already paid? I cannot pay this amount and may need to borrow some money from my family to pay it. I will be calling my IP provider as i think it has been calculated wrongly, does any increase in payment get deducted from the total agreed in the proposal. Thanks,

This money would need to be paid over, but if you are going to borrow money from someone to offer a full and final settlement, this could be deducted from the overall sum - effectively meaning that the F&F would be £2k lower.
