Having problems finding a mortgage lender

Could you advise me on the best morgage lender to approach , for people in an iva. Having problems finding a lender , looking to downsize property to reduce outgoings exsisting lender C&G do not want our business because of our iva. Thankyou.

If you have a deposit to put down of at least 20% it should be relatively easy to find a lender who will deal with you whilst in an IVA. Brightoak are a good choice, as they will search the market to look for the best deals available for you.
