Hi Wendy

They are generally a very supportive creditor, depending upon the quality of the proposal you have presented. They appear to go along with the minimum 25p in the £ criteria generally used.

Hi Melanie,
I haven't put my proposal together yet as i just got the first letter from my ip yesterday. In the letter he said as they were my biggest creditor we would need to talk about them. I was just a bit panicky i think. I won't be going for an iva but a trust deed instead.

Wendy

I am sure your Scottish IP will have experience of Monument, but give him a call if you have any concerns. They do not generally cause much trouble South of the border!

Monument Credit Card are owned by Barclays Bank. I have never had a problem with this creditor (other than them not voting) either North or South of the Boarder.
