Hi, I was just wondering if anyone had been in the same situation when in the proceess of applying for an IVA. I am busy gathering all the documents together required by Thomas Charles however I am having a problem with wage slips.

My husband has just increased his hours quite dramatically at work to give us extra funding for the IVA so although we have his last few wage slips, they are not giving a true reflection of what he will now earn. Aditionally, I have just started a new job 3 weeks ago taking my wages from £450 a month to £1050 a month, obviously this is a problem as my wage slips are way out.

Has anyone experienced the same situation? Also is it better to get what paperwork you have straight off or send it all together? I have about 95% of what is required available now. Do you know if is best to send this off now so they can get moving with things and send the rest as I receive it or does it all have to be sent at once?

thanks everyone
Andrea

I would speak to your ip/company and ask them. I think they will know the best thing to do. Its a real headache getting it all ready but so worth while in the end. My husband and I took an annual leave each to spend the whole day and evening ringing up and getting up to date balances. All the best.

Hi Andrea

Don't worry too much about this at the moment. Send in what you have got, and by the time we receive your documents you will probably have more available.
