Just a quick update after receiving my BR package on tuesday. I have now sent all my payslips, bank statements, loan & credit card statements (those which i could find anyway as i shredded most) back to the OR. I was informed in the letter from the OR that after all the info i had supplied in the on-line forms at court, that i would not need to be interviewed (either in person or telephone call). I hadn't heard this before so i called her yesterday and she told me this was correct and providing all the documents i have sent back today are ok, then they would probably not need to speak to me.
I know some people on the forum have had up to 2 hour phone calls from the OR, so not sure if this is something new. I have to admit that i'm glad in a way, but was fully prepared for the interview anyway. I suppose i'm just waiting now to find out what my monthly payments will be, and hopefully look forward to a new beginning in which i can take full control of my finances.

I wasn,t aware,until the debt evening on Tuesday,that some people are not even getting a call from the OR after they have been declared bankrupt.Seems strange but thats the way it seems to be.

hi swardy i think the same happened with debt dummy who use to post here to she didn't have any dealings with them just sent the paperwork off, suppose if it is straight forward enough that will suffice.
