It means that a special branch of the OR's office will be dealing with the realisation of the bankruptcy estate. If you feel that you have not been treated fairly the Official Receiver does have a complaints procedure, but why do you feel like this?

Hi

Thanks for replying, i dont have estate so not sure why i have been passed there.

I was advised by the lady who deals with my affairs that they would not be interested in certain things and now she is telling me i made it up and she would not have said that , she spoke to me like i was rubbish and ended up making me cry whilst on the phone

My case was passed to the RTLU as well and apparently they can do this to take some of the work away from the OR's office.
