Hi,

If NR were to be sold or went bust, what would happen to a charging order that they have on our home? (its only in my wife's Beneficial Interest)

The terms of the charging order make us pay a small monthly payment each month as ordered by the Judge to NR.

If NR is sold, would the charging order that they secured become null and void?

I also assume that the mortgage we have with them would just transfer to the new company???

Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks,

IF their sold or bought out. All beneficial interests will pass to the new company, your charging order will stand…
