Hi Nathan,

There are three mortgage brokers that post on this site regularly and who have experience in cases connected to IVA's. In addition to myself there's Welshboy and Mikebdomain.

Any of us would be able to review your options for you based on your unique personal circumstances and needs. We'd all also be able to approach a wide variety of lenders who are prepared to lend in cases connected to IVA's to make sure you get the best and most appropriate mortgage.

Good luck with the process.

This is something i would be wanting to look at immediately.

What i would be looking at is to realise my equity to propose a full and final payment of my IVA.

My first action towards this would be to:
a) see if it is feasible for me to achieve this equity release
b) Realise how much i would acually receive towards the f/f payment cost.

Any further suggestions of what i can do?. Would it be better to speak to someone over a phone or in person?

Regards

Hi Nathan,

I'd suggest that this sort of subject is better dealt with by telephone in the first instance to ascertain whether your aims are feasible in the current mortgage market.

I think all of the brokers on the site have their numbers in the profiles section.

Hi Nathan as already stated your best bet would be to speak to a mortgage broker who is experienced in dealing with IVAs and equity release.
