Thats reassuring sonyse2t5, we are with ClearStart aswell, and have got our creditors meeting on Wednesday (not today like I originally posted - my mistake, getting all worried prematurely). We are offering 28p to the £ and I have been concerned after seeing some of the other posts.

Hello.I'm with Clear Start too. I've been trying to understnad my modifications. They were given verbally and I'm waiting for the written information. I was advised by people on this site to ring today ASAP but I was unavoidably detained all day. I'm also very reassured to hear clear Start are an excellent company. I have had to agree to 100 pence in the poung for the IVA to be accepted. I'm not sure how it works but the length of it was negotiated to 6 years in order for me to afford it effectively. They certainly wouldn't take no for an answer. Cat 1

Hi Rachellxx39.Yes I thought this too, but something said about the interest and 'things'. Anyway...mine is 85p and my husbands is 15p -hence the 100p for the creditors total.I too have had my worries and posted them here. Each minute I come up with a different problem, and nothing seems safe as yet.Creditors have not called yet I'm worrying that they'll contact me at work.I seem to constantly worry about everything.Wonder if it'll stop once everything is up.Good luck with everything.Cat 1

Creditors will only get 100p in the £ if they are joint liabilities. Are all of your liabilities joint with your husband?

Hi there.
You've taken the first step and thats great !
My IVA was approved yesterday and Im with ClearStart.
I found them great, as always replied to my phone calls, emails and keep in touch.
My dividend was 26 in the pound, which I didnt think was much when I was reading other posts. Remember they will put the best proposal forward as its in their interest to do so too. Just make sure you include everything in your incomings and outgoings... I didnt have that much in the way of outgoings..
Have faith and keep going.
Talk to people on here and anything your not sure of contact ClearStart, they were great.
Best of luck
