Hi there,

No I dont think they do. They were on of my creditors and did not vote for my IVA. Also even though I am now nearly 4 months into the IVA they still persist with demanding letters!! But they never phone, how strange..

Blackhorse have a policy of rejecting IVAs where the debt has been incurred during the last year or is more than £7,500.

Hi kpw,

As Melanie has already mentioned Blackhorse have specific criteria as to when they will vote yes or when they will automatically vote no.
