Hello, I hope everyone is well. Well, after going bankrupt two months ago we have finally sorted the monthly payments to the OR, it will be 60 pounds per month which is fine. However, apparently myself and my husband are being dealt with by separate clerks, is this the norm? The lady dealing with my husband said it was most odd that we weren't being dealt with together and didn't even know I was bankrupt!
I hope they don't think they are going to get separate payments from us as well, I don't even have a job.

Has anyone else had this? Or should we demand to have the same clerk looking after us? When we had the original interviews we had the same man, who dealt with us as a couple and has now passed us on.
