Hi mjh24,

As Andy mentioned, in large organisations this can be normal as it can take a while for the information regarding your IVA to be past to the right department.

If you keep receiving calls and letters, kindly mention that your IVA has been accepted and if they want to talk about this further they can contact your I.P.

yes out of my £47000 debt

nationwide was 28000
hsbc 10.000 ---i was only offereing 25p in the £1

neither voted!!!
strangely the company that rep nationwide also rep barclays and barclays voted

nen mind!!!!

barclays still chasing me now but ive got a court ref off my pract so hopefully will shut them up

Get your IP to deal with it, I had problems with Mercers (who are Barclays in house debt collection agency). They called a number of times after IVA approval, but I've heard nothing since I got my IP to send a letter to them.
