Good luck to everybody, but remember no Ip is going to spend a lot of time proposing an IVA if the don't personnally feel that it will be approved.

It's so good to hear of all the positive fantastic comments for Melanie & her team. I too have chosen Melanie's team after reading all the great reviews on this site & after numerous emails & a couple of phone calls with Tina I have today emailed a huge list of information needed to proceed.

Can I just ask what will I also need to send in the post? Do I have to send credit card statements, bank statements, loan agreements & wage slips etc & if so how long after I have given all the information is this required?

Good luck to you both for your forthcoming creditors meetings - I am sure that you will be fine with Melanie [:)]

I must say that this site is great for answering the hundreds of questions that come into my head on an hourly basis!

Thanks all

Hi Sunny, good luck with all you do. I scanned my credit card statements, loan agreement, bank statements and payslips and emailed these scanned images, Melanie's team were able to accept this. I would imagine your situation would be the same. I feared things going missing in the post and holding up proceedings.

I am so glad that you have chosen us to represent you, and as dgh says scanning the documents is perfect as it is safer and quicker, and they can be filed straight away on our electronic filing system. If you cannot do this don't worry, we are very happy to accept paper and then scan it ourselves.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

think you've made the right choice there in choosing Melanie and her team to represent you, you'll not go far wrong with them. I'm 110% happy and Melanie is my IP x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
