I am now no longer afraid to answer it, which is fab - and the postmans sack will probably now be an aweful lot lighter - i got no mail at all today. I was getting 5/6 letters a day!!!
I've still got a negative equity house to sell, but i feel more positive now and think things can only get better!!!
