Cheers for the MBNA advice, didn't know that if someone didn't vote then they are then bound under the IVA.

Sleepless nite ahead I think!! Just bring on 12:45pm tomorrow and at least I will know either way! :-)

Well!!! OMG!!!! 100% IVA approved!! Yippeeee!!

Even MBNA gave me a yes! I'm still shaking! Can't believe everybody voted and approved it! Well done to DFD, fantastic job u have been fantastic to me since the first phone call I made to u.

Thanks to u all for your support over the last few weeks aswell this forum has kept me positive :-)

I will carry on posting on here to help others and to provide updates on how I'm found :-)

thanks again! I really am on the road to being debt free!! Wooohooooo!
