thanks again both.

just one question, today, the day of my creditors meeting, my bank -one of my creditors- has paid another direct debit which has taken my account even more over my agreed limit.

Should I have cancelled all Direct Debits or is it the bank's fault for paying out even though they should now know i'm in an IVA?

Congratulations fusion I am experiencing the same emotions as my IVA was accepted today too. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

hmmm, i would say that is the banks fault. My account too has gone over its overdraft limit due to the charges that the bank has applied, which by now they know that i am trying to get any iva..I have not cancelled by DD for my loan however which is included in my iva.
