My iva was agree with a minimal increase on the 7th March i always kept in mind that which i had read on the forum and did not agree to an increase i could not afford. My creditors wanted a lot more than i agreed too but settled for my final offer. All in all a smooth process.
I used Thomas Charles initially and must say that Ann Marie was brilliant as were the team at Wilson Phillips especially Craig Askey. I was really worried at the begining of the process and it was so refreshing dealing with people who were non judgemental. For those of you who think when will it all end it does be patient and when all around you are loosing their heads try to stay focused.

The forum was of great assistance and support and i learnt a lot from some very knowledgable people 59 payments to go!!
