Congratulations Mikey.
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."

Dont mention food, I am dieting and I am ravenous at the moment, breakfast consisted of a bloomin slimfast, its weigh in tomorrow and I get nervous on thursdays and hardly eat. Still I,m filling up on coffee, so will go for a big walk a bit later I will be buzzing. I have been on annual leave for 2 weeks and am back on nights tonight, not looking forward to it.

Me too aguise i havent eaten anything yet today but i was advised not to drink for 3 hrs before weigh in and it helps you lose it! it worked as i didnt have much fluid! although i have to confess didnt go this week due to eating through worry!

We only weigh at home I have been doing it by just cutting down. I find work the hardest as it can be very quiet in the night and you just eat for the sake of it, there is always chocolates and biscuits around I have to clear the desk when i get there so I cant see them. I will weigh tomorrow when i get up so I havent had a drink or anything for a good few hours. I'm happy if its just a pound, I have lost over a stone but just dont feel any thinner.

I know I have done well, I just dont feel much thinner. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago due to illlness (thyroid) and it fell off me i think I expect the same, and I know it wont happen like that, I think I just thought a stone would feel like more. I did buy a smaller size the other day so I must be getting there.
Anyway enough of my gripes, that phone should be ringing soon.
