I had great delight in telling Mercers about my IVA! They've not phoned back since.

well i finally got to the phone in time and it was those very same people ! (mercers) i have to say that the woman who rang was surprisingly very friendly.and i had great delight in saying 'well actually my iva has been approved' ! she said the usual, that they would put any calls on hold for 2 wks whilst the info filtered through the system ! anyway,it was a great feeling, just waiting for my friends at goldfish to ring now then i can tell them the same !
