Julia

I am sending you a link where you will be able to find your IP's address.

http://www.insolvency-service.co.uk/newipsearch.htm

It is appalling that the firm will not give you her details. These people do need to take responsibility for their clients.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

How shocked am I!!! Just had an email to say thatmy variation meeting has been organised for Tuesday 2 December 2008 at 11:15am. They are not sure if it will be accepted though... how quick is that? i thought it would take a few months at least. a good effort fair play on their behalf...

Thank you Melanie, everything crossed here and hoping to be able to get it sorted. I cant believe the meeting has happened so quickly. I am very grateful to a particular person in their variation dept who has acted so quickly, for that I am very grateful. I have been very dispondent with the company previously but in this instant they have been fanastic. I cannot praise them enough. hopefully it will be accepted. How long after meeting and they accept will it take to sort out? Email is definately the way to go lol

It should be sorted as soon as the variation meeting occurs - and creditors (hopefully!) accept your new offer.
