I have been served with a notice of breach as i have been informed i have not returned my pension details as requested(which i did) i contacted dfd a few weeks ago and told them i had requested the details from my employer and was waiting on them to arrive, they arrived today , and they have still served me with the notice of breach and still no joy with the settlement figure, all they seem to be botherd about is my pension document!! its driving me round the bend!!

Sledgehammers and nuts spring to mind! Why not give the IP a call to see why he/she felt it necessary to serve a notice when you are trying to broker a settlement.

Unfortunately it's very difficult, almost impossible to change your IP once you are in an IVA. Have you contacted your IP directly, rather than the call centre staff? It might be worth finding their email address from the Find an IP section on the Insolvency Service website and contacting him / her directly.
