Hi All,

I did write recently to confirm that at my variation meeting on 31st August, my Full and Final Offer was accepted. I am still reeling from the excitement of this and I can't believe it is finally all over.

However, I felt compelled to write again because since 31st August, I have also received my Completion Certificate (literally within 3 working days of my meeting) and today (within 2 weeks) I have also had notification that the charge against my property has been lifted from the Land Registry! So, in summary, I am 100% totally and genuinely free of my IVA commitments and all associated restrictions.

I would like to express my complete gratitude, once again, to Melanie Giles and her team for this fantastic service and ensuring that all associated paperwork has been completed in absolutely record time. I have read many cases where people are waiting months for completion certiciation so I am completely in awe and totally grateful for the service from Melanie and her team. If you are embarking on an IVA, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Thanks Melanie, Leighton, Hywel, Angela, Laura, Gill and Jane (and still very many thanks to Tina who got me through the most difficult part at the start). What a great team!
Paula x

Great news .. and a well deserved pat on the collective backs for Mel and her team.

Goes to show what can happen when the IP and team keep their eyes on the ball and are pro-active, rather than the usual reactive.

Great :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Great news but no real surprise. Having worked witrh Melanie for a few years ago I know how professional she is and anyway once a case has completed we all want to pay the money out and close the case.

Hi Dunkynuts, I am sure you've made a very wise choice and you'll get the same excellent service as I had.

Thanks everyone else for takIng the time to reply to my post.

Good luck to everyone just about to embark on an IVA or those part way through. It's nice to know that there is a way solve these problems that seem unsolvable at the start. Whilst we don't want to wish time away, the fact that it seems to fly has really helped to get through the process and see the months ticking off the sentence, :-))).

If Melanie and her team can do it why can't everyone else follow suit?

nevertheless good for you and hope your debt free future is a very happy one. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
