Hi

I have my meeting schedule for tomorrow at 10.30 and have a question that logic tells me is a simple question but for ease of mind would like confirmation.

I made a F&F offer which will be considered tommorow some 3 mths ago. The document drafted stated that this will offer 49p when the original dividend was 51p. I have subsequently made 3 further payments. This will be taken into consideration wont it?

Also the IP's fees were astronomical - £500 for arranging the meeting and £1500 settlement fee. Is this set high so they have more to negotiate with or is this their fees and thats it. If the creditors were to say they are £500 to high we will take that thet strengthens my position further doesnt it?

Hi
I think that the cash offer that you have made will, probably, be on top of the three payments that you have made while waiting.Once the variation is agreed you can stop paying.Your IP will have the answer for you.
If the creditors feel that the IP fees are too high then it will mean more money will go to the creditors, not back to you.
I,m sure that your offer will be accepted.

Thanks Andy

I was just worried because the Document drafted with the offer states the amount I have offered - I guess there will be a addendum.

So, fingers crossed, it gets accepted, can i just amend my standing order for this month to pay the settlement figure and then cancel it or do I have send a cheque.

Hi
You could do either.
Probably best to cancel the SO and send a cheque.
Good Luck
