Well, I wrote to DFD with an offer of £25k on the 6th of March.
Rang them last week, and was told that they had received my offer, but it could take up to 2 weeks for it to be assessed and decided whether it would be put to my creditors.
I've now received a letter today, dated 18 March, explaining the process for making a full and final settlement offer?!?! Rang them up and told them I already had, and been told it had been received last week.
They said that it might have been put on my archived file, but they would have a look and call me back if there was a problem.
I have never, ever dealt with a company with customer service this bad. They seem to think that because they've helped me out of a bad financial situation, they can now mess me around, which does nothing for my stress levels or confidence in them!
