unable to go bankrupt due to job and contract also as i earn more than my husband need my income for the mortgage to be able to move also dont know how bankruptcy will effect being able to get mortgage. i have been told that with an iva i should still be able to get a mortgage but my husbands name will have to go first on the application so full and final is my only option but i dont want the creditors to bankrupt me
