Today I received a letter which read:

"We are pleased to tell you that your IVA is now complete and that your creditors have been satisfied. A completion certificate is attached".

I know this was confirmed back on March 4th, but have been waiting a long, long time for this day, cos it really is official now - it's over!!!!

And to all of you still in IVAs - your day to will come; just hang on in there, I know it's tough, but you will come out the other side debt free, and there ain't no feeling like it!!!

Good luck to everybody, and once again thanks for all the support and advice from this forum because without you things could have been very different.[:D][:D][:D]

I still recall the tough times (and there were many) but I have learned a valuable lesson because my love affair with credit is well and truly over, after nearly five years of paying for anything and everything with cash the thought of anything else is totally alien to me, and once you have completed your IVAs (and you will) I sincerely hope that you all find the same because it is great.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
