Hi
All your personal assets are taking into account if you declare,or are declared, bankrupt or enter into an IVA
It is no different to someone owning a holiday home in another country,it would be unfair, and illegal,to hide an asset once insolvent.

HI ANDY.I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION ,IF YOU COULD AQDVISE ME ON THIS ONE ,IT WUD BE GREAT.
AS FOR THE PROPERTY ABROAD,I GAVE IT AS A GIFT WHEN HE WAS BORN 3 YRS AGO.SO ITS IN HIS NAME.IS IT STILL CONSIDERED IF I GO INTO IVA OR BANKRUPTCY IN THE UK
AND SECONDLY WILL THAY ASK FOR MY BANK STATEMENTS FROM ABROAD/.I HAVE £2000 FROM 5 YRS AGO

I am afraid that I cannot comment on the legality of that transfer to your son. In this country minors cannot own properties until they attain the age of 18 but it may be different in your country. Also if this transaction was effected whilst you were insolvent, it may void the transfer. You ought to take advice from a lawyer now on these points on a face to face basis.
