hi
i have £10,000 owing, can i qualify as i am a home owner and earn 1800 pounds a month.

Hey Kevin, welcome to the forum. Your debts are a little low to qualify for an IVA but if you can share a few more details then we can advise you. Is this your only unsecured debt and how many creditors do you have? There is a solution so hang in there. X

Hi Kevin and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately you wouldn't qualify for an IVA as your debts are less than £15000. Have you thought of a debt management programme (DMP)? You could try talking to either the CCCS or Payplan, as neither of them charge a fee for a DMP. Another option is a company called Brightoak who also organise DMPs but charge a fee. They are highly recommended by people on this forum. All 3 companies would be able to advise you of the best way forward for you.
