i have already asked this question but e-mail addy not taking any e-mails. i am already in an IVa but are they allowed to take family allowance and family credit into consideration when deciding on incomings and outgoings etc ?

Yes - your child benefit and tax credits are taken into consideration when assessing the level of disposable income you can afford to pay.

One of the conditions of my IVA was that when my family credit payments started again{they had been stopped due to overpayment} I had to straight away pay them into the IVA and family allowance is included as part of your income.
Iva finished !

Hubbys incapacity benefit is taken into account for his IVA.

All benefits are taken into account in all IVA's.
