Nice to see you back Michael. How have you been?

Dear Lily - I am so desperately sorry to hear about your father in law and completely understand your decision to leave the forum and to concentrate on your family. It has been a real pleasure to have "known" you these last 3 months or so - you really have been a wonderful source of advice, support, humour and kindness and I will miss your posts. You are a true inspiration and I thank you for always putting things in perspective - its so easy to let this awful debt problem that we each are facing take over everything. God bless lovely lady. Big hugs to you. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.....with love, Fi xxxx
Still gathering info....but hope to be on the right path pronto!!

Lily has asked me to pass on her special thanks for the lovely messages of support, and for all the emails you have sent.
She writes
'Obviously its quite tough here at the moment, watching my Mom in law and Dad in law holding hands and her knowing they are soon to be parted. I want to do what I can for them but its so very sad. I am trully humbled by everyones words and it gives me the strength that I can say and do the right thing to my lovely mom in law, my Dad in law and my children. I have gained so much confidence in my own abilities to handle difficult times. They have given me so much, so have you all.. '

Lily has been an inspiration to posters on this forum, including myself, for such a long time, but for her it is clearly the right thing to do to concentrate on her own family where she will be an enormous pillar of strength over the next few difficult weeks and months.

I am sure that she will often take a look at this wonderful support site, and remember with pride the vast number of people she has personally helped to steer to a brighter future. I have met this lady on a couple of occasions at Frugal Friends meetings, and been touched by the warmness and compassion she shares with others who are needy of support.

The forum today is a sadder place without her presence, and if she is taking a last look in this morning can I wish you the very best of luck and support for the future - and to thank you personally for the support you have shown me over the last couple of years.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
