we pay around 85 for two contracts, both us of us need our contracts for work purposes and if we were to cancel them we would be paying well over 100 in top ups thats why we got contracts in the first place so save some pennies :-)

You should be ok, just make sure your chosen IP is aware that you need the phones for work purposes.

What normally happens is that you make the car payments outside of the IVA, then once you have finished paying for it the payments are incorporated into your IVA payments.

can we have a joint iva or are they seperate? also do iva's get reported in the local paper too?
should we be looking for somewhere to rent now in aticipation of when our home is repossessed. seems we will need around 2k for deposit and rent and agency fees, so mortgage will definately not get paid for 2 more months taking us to 5 missed payments
There is no such thing as a joint IVA. They are two separate but interlocking ones.
