I am happy with the I&E but concerned as my proposal is only 28p to the £1. Giving up alcohol will be a struggle for me I bought a bottle of tesco's own rum yesterday - no more bacardi for me [:(] I really hope it goes okay for you on Wednesday Phil, the waiting has got to be hard.. but try and keep positive I know David will be working hard behind the scenes to get it sorted for you. xxx

Sorry David I know I am in good hands but have always been a bit of a worrier this has just brought it to the extreme [:)]
Careful Em, some of that stuff is like paint stripper! On reflection 5 years without alcohol maybe pushing it... alcohol ban on school nights.
I have already switched to supermarkey own brand stuff and to be honest haven't really noticed the difference... except for HP sauce, no substitute for that.
Tell me about it, Due to the burning acid taste I only had 2 glasses last night... would normally do almost half a bottle (that sounds bad doesnt it)! I think a school night ban is more workable... I have switched to a lot of supermarket own brand but alcohol was my treat.. maybe if I put it in an empty bacardi bottle I can trick my mind [:)]
Sparklywatcher,
David got my IVA approved at 22p in the £ so don't worry about that part of the proposal. The main thing is that it is affordable. But speak to David as advised.
Phil, all the very best for Wednesday, I will be thinking of you.
I am sure David will be doing his very best for both of you so please try not to worry.
IVA.co.uk The best place for debt advice. Thanks to Melanie Giles, David Mond, David and J (Elv5) Kallis, Dand, Skippy, Andy Davie
Thanks Paul, more philosophical about matters now, so we see what happens this week. Got a busy period at work next few days, so hopefully won't have time to stress about things.
Emily hasn't been around since this morning, perhaps she had a taste for the white rum after all. [:p]

The dividend payment is not really the issue. In practice as long as the IVA is affordable, achievable and in your best interests then it in theory will be approved.
I have never bothered about the dividend so you should not either. Each persons case is separate and distinct but based aoround a common goal of affordability and achievability.
Let me do the worrying for you and all of my clients.
[:D]
