Max recovery default still showing

Having just done a basic self credit check there are only 3 of the companys involved in my Iva showing on it
Two of which say completed and
Max recovery are still showing as default !!
How do I get this corrected ? and why are all the companys involved not showing. ..

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
