Hopefully rectified without too much trouble, these things do happen and it's good we're on the ball for when they do and get them corrected.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I would chase for new report if not received in couple of days as believe you only have certain number of days to sign it following creditors meeting before it could be deemed invalid ...you are certainly write to challenge ...
just a suggestion ..take a copy of the report and then in red pen cross out the errors and add the changes ... take a copy for yourself and send with a letter to follow up your conversation stating you will sign the revised report once received ....this way you have an audit trail of your conversation and written evidence of your requested amendments.
