Well, have 2 hours to go for creditors meeting. I am offering a full and final using a lump sum from an occ pension. Its an all or nothing day today as if this is rejected will probably go down the bankruptcy route. Am really nervous about what this day will bring as have been in limbo the last few weeks waiting...

Good news[:D][:D]Proposal accepted with only small modifications to IP Fees. For those who are interested, Capital One, Barclaycard, HSBC M & S Mint and Co-op all voted yes and Monument failed to vote, dividend 23p. I am so grateful for all the support I have received from this forum, apart from all my friends here there is only one other person I have told. Without you all I would have gone crazy, thank you all so much. Really feel that I can move on now and enjoy my retirement (Sorry Jan!!)

This has been one of my favourite cases to work with lately, and whilst I won't give any actual facts away, suffice to say that even I was not sure if this would work!

So glad to see that it did, and that creditors accepted that whilst there were assets in the case, the overriding factor of fairness has prevailed. It goes to show even hardened IVA warriors like me - that if something feels right, even if it does not fit criteria on paper, it deserves a go.

So glad that we decided to take a risk for such a deserving client who I hope will continue to post on this forum for many months to come - given her detailed knowledge of personal taxation and the fact that she now has loads of spare time on her hands!!!
