I encourage all of my clients to meet me on a face to face basis, but for some it is impractical or they feel that they know enough about the differing procedures and their cases are relatively simple, that a telephone meeting is sufficient.

On the slow cooker front, my husband has just disovered ours at the back of our applicance cupboard, behind the bread maker, mixer and juicer which also do not get used. He has conjoured up some tasty treats - made Irish Stew last week and it was really yummy and cheap as chips to make! Also a lot less fattening than chips as well!

I am going to experiment with a chicken casserole!! i'll let you know the results... I already have a slow cooker but its huge, suppose could also freeze afterwards[:D] thus no waste!!

On the meeting front, Melanie, its getting time off work as hubby also works continental shifts and the expense of the tickets. Checked internet and it would be around £100 for me and hubby to travel. (also advises travel time 5 hours! Is that how far away Wales is?)[:I]
