Hi Cat and Caraf,
Unsure why email delays of up to two weeks, mine are always answered within 24 hours, though admittedly only once I asked for direct email addresses rather than the group mailbox one.
After each annual review you receive details of any change to required payments and a statement summarising all payments made, dispersalls to your creditors and months remaining etc....makes you feel like progress is bing made!
From what I've read Caraf, review requirements seem to vary, even within companies. CS have never asked me for bank statements for example, but do ask for copies of latest utility bills, council tax, rent/mortgage payments etc...all the usual, but not for evidence of other expenditure like food, petrol etc, which seem to be taken on trust. As I send our payslips in monthly they only ask for the most recent of those too.
They provide an I&E for for you to complete, which amazed me the first time as the list included all sorts of things that weren't on our initial I&E but were relevant costs. I filled it in and there were no quibbles, payments incresed by exactly the amount I'd calculated.
Hope this helps...
Martin
