All my creditors said they had never heard from my IP, who I know wrote to them all and I also wrote to them all informing them. I think there are so many departments it doesn't filter round them all.
I recieved calls right up to the day of my meeting and some for about a week after until they were all aware my iva was accepted and my name now on the insolvency register.

Have faith they will stop and if you need a break just don't answer the phone. I never used to answer at the weekends as was so fed up with calls by then and needed a rest[:)]

did tell 1 person this morning that maybe they hadn't heard because 'in case they hadn't noticed it was easter' lol. 54K debt interlocking IVA proposal with £460pm. mine being 44p/£ and husbands 38p/£.
feels strange that our whole future is now at the mercy of others [;)] just hope it all goes well.

Good luck Rollercoaster. The waiting part is the worst part but I've never been the most patient person anyway. Once it's all sorted, at least you can move ahead with your lives.

All the very best to you both rollercoaster. I found the calls lessened when the proposal had gone out and the meeting set, but either way not too long now.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

A month ago we were in exactly the same position as you are now. The calls/letters will continue, we are still getting some and our meeting was on 14th March. Your situation sounds almost identical to ours. The people on the phone have their job to do but unfortunately they do not seem to be in the know about the IVA process, most of them do deny all knowledge of your IVA. I just told them to contact my IP as I knew they did have all the details and wished them good day.
Stay strong and you will be OK.
Good luck for the 10th.

Creditor's only had my work mobile and work fax line, so I thankfully did not get calls on the home landline.
I used to only answer my work mobile during work hours as I had had enough by then and needed some time without calls.

Just remember that they will stop, and hard though it is it will be soon forgotton once you are safely in your iva[:)]
