Hi, as the £150 energy rebate scheme has kicked off, does the whole amount supposed to be all paid into the IVA scheme, just wondering as the working from home tax rebate is classed as income and taken into account on the budget plan
TIA
I have, as yet, not come across any mention of this/. However, and I might be alone in this, I would think of it as a windfall, rather than income. And, being under the £500 trigger amount, it should all be able to be kept.

I'm with payplan, I've never had a response in less that 7 days, and don't like ringing any more as I get in a fluster as they don't let me finish what I'm asking and some of the advisors can be patronising
A few years ago now Payplan, apparently, had a reorganisation and "re-resourcing", since when their service does appear to have gone downhill I am afraid.

That doesn't surprise me, out of the 12 that I have spoken to in the last year 3 have been quite nice, guess its just luck of the draw
