Do 'they' ever stop, I know I owe them money but Easter Sunday. That has really irritated me, thought I might just get a few days respite, dream on girl...

we had calls this morning, but we were just as shirty with them as they were us! husband demanded callers name when she implied doorstep collection, and told her that he found it uplifting that she supposedly had no knowledge of IVA proposal coz hopefully they wouldnt vote.lol[:D]

Bit much that the are calling today!!
I would personaly unplug the phone and have a rest over the holiday weekend, the calls will keep until Tuesday!
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Incredible that these people continue to invade people's privacy on Easter Sunday. It makes me wonder how these people can actually work in these collections call-centres. Do they enjoy putting people's lives into misery?

If they ring again you might want to remind them of their obligations under the Office of fair trading OFT debt collection guidelines and also section 40 of the Administraction of Justice Act. The individual caller could be personally liable if their action is considered harrassement.

All the best alan
