Hi,
We had our creditors meeting on 14th March.

Results:

Husband.

HSBC C/CARD - YES
HALIFAX/BANK OF SCOTLAND C/CARD x2 - YES
RBS/MINT C/CARD - YES
CAHOOT LOAN (ABBEY) - YES
HOME RETAIL GROUP - ARGOS CARD - YES
BARCLAYS O/DRAFT - YES
GE MONEY C/CARD - (PAYPAL) - DID NOT VOTE

Me.

BARCLAYCARD - YES
MBNA LOAN - (SOLD TO MAX RECOVERY) - YES
MBNA C/CARD - (SOLD TO MAX RECOVERY) - YES
RBS/MINT C/CARD - DID NOT VOTE
GE MONEY x2 SHOPCARDS - D PERKINS, WALLIS, - (BOTH SOLD TO MAX RECOVERY) - YES
GE MONEY EVANS CARD - DID NOT VOTE

A 100% yes vote with mods for all those that voted.

A 39p/£1 return to the creditors.

We had LOADS and LOADS of hassle in the time leading up to the meeting from MBNA and then they sold the debt the week before the meeting to Max Recovery.
I hope this helps someone in a similar situation.

Thanks

sblack

Hi
Great info and shows that the people chasing the debt[MBNA]have no say in the decision making process regarding the IVA

Well done sblack

I hope things are starting to settle down for you[:)]

I found for a while after approval of my iva last November I still felt unsettled and though things were to good to be true with no phone calls, letters, etc. I think it was a bit of a fall out from all the worry leading up to the iva. I am 100% happy now and can see an end in sight.

Best wishes to you both
