We have requested from Varden Nuttall several times a f & f settlement figure and every time we are given the run around, we are told it will be dealt with in good time by the correct person, whoever that might be , we are in a position this month to pay it off in full after 3 years in our iva, but getting no where, what can we do.
Until a new ip etc. is appointed they cannot progress anything.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
Not sure who the administrators are but you need to get in touch with them

You could follow up by making a formal complaint and/or chasing the Administrators but it might take some time for things to settle down and a new IP to be appointed so the Gateway might be a bit more lenient in the current circumstances when considering complaints.
Please note that even when your F&F meeting is called, if it is accepted if might still take many months afterwards to close.
