David, Don't get upset. Melanie will deal with this in a professional way which is likely to not be via the forum.

I am not prepared to discuss the individual aspects of this case on the forum, but would thank the other posters for their kind comments.

I have not refused to speak to Mr Pearson at any time, his offer to creditors will be finalised very shortly, and I can absolutely assure all other posters and readers of the forum that no errors have been made in dealing with this client's case.

Mr Pearson is free to take any complaint he feels he must make to whichever authority he feels is the most appropriate.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

No I wouldn't be happy. All we have pointed out is that this is not the person that we know on the forum. I can see why you would be asked to put everything in writing as it is very difficult to talk to somebody on the phone that has lost thier cool like you have on the forum.

Melanie, I must apologise for getting involved in this conversation that is best left for you to deal with privately off forum. I just wanted to show how much respect I have for you personnally.

I am very grateful to you for doing so Paul. I have been rather tied up today, so have been out of the loop with this thread.

It is always a disappointment when a client does not feel they have recieved a great service from me and my very excellent team, and due to my public life on this forum I leave myself very wide open to the occasional swipe, however I still feel that it is worth it as there are clearly many people out there who need help.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Hello Melanie
I assure you I would not tell lies about you, and I trust you are very good at your job, i really mean that. Howvever you are calling me a liar. Lets say I happen to have a tape recording of our Telephone conversations ? Would you be happy for me to post them onto here , then we can see who is telling the truth ? After all I am being vilified here completely unfairly.
If you think calling me 'the rudest person youve ever spoken to' is fair and professional treatment, then you really need to take stock.
Remember all the people on here sticking up for you dont actually know what was said, so the support means nothing.
Why,, I mean really, why would I come on here if I had been treated fantastically ?
I apologise for making this discussion public, but your refusal to speak to me ( you slammed the phone down if you remember) makes it my only outlet for my frustration. 20 minutes on this forum and I have already got more info from you than in the last 3 months !
As for 'finalised very shortly'...that is not what your office said today...they said...one week for paperwork....4 weeks notice...! And then God knows how long after that....I dont know...nobody has bothered to tell me. This of corse is not including the 2 months Ive already waited....
I hope you accept my apology as it is heartfelt and I am always willing to talk to you, but I would expect some kind of apology back !
MARK PEARSON

Will the moderators please take this individual off the forum it is no place for that type of correspondence. Melanie has said she is going to deal with the problme - that should be sufficient.

Right guys, I'm trying to watch the Champions League Final and for the second time today I'm refereeing a slanging match.
