Firstly - Happy Easter to you all! Hope the snow hasn't spoilt your weekend. We received our Chairs Report yesterday so thought I would share our "results" with you.

100% yes vote.[:D]

Hope this helps some of you try and work out how they may vote!!! Although Max Recovery voted no for 2 of my little debts but yes to hubby's large debt!![?]

I have Paragon as a main creditor, this is the loan with my ex which I have struggled with and now owe more than borrowed. Hopefully they will look kindly at me also..

They are represented by KPMG who are very fair and commercial voters - so as long as the right proposal is put forward you should be fine.

I wondered hy KPMG were involved - there's a bit of paperwork from them - now I know!! Thanks Melanie! Our Paragon was only for 2k left to pay - it was for a (stupidly bought, conned into buying) timeshare. We're trying to sell it at the moment, but won't get anywhere near the price we paid for it - far less than half the price. These companies that sell these things seriously need looking into. Iknow we could have said no but when you've been in a place for over 4 hours with a salesman bearing down on you (so to speak!!), you say anything to get out of there.

I know what you mean - I have two weeks in Florida which are rarely used but cost a fortune to maintain each year!
