Here is how my creditors voted

Argos card £1104 voted yes
barclaycard(eversheds) £4084 voted yes
capial one £265 voted yes
bank of scotland £5076 voted yes
egg (grant thornton) £6603 voted no
first direct £2627 voted yes
ge money (eversheds) £1286 voted yes
goldfish £2736 did not vote
lloyds tsb £13289 did not vote
marbles £5598 voted yes
morgan stanley £7515 did not vote
style financial £981 voted yes
sainsburys bank £3377 voted yes
bank of scotland £4273 voted yes

82.50% yes 17.50 against

Was concerned about lloyds as bigest amount. Egg wanted an increase of £100 per month to vote yes but percentage wise had enough yes votes to reject their vote.

IVA payments £745 for 60 months

Egg were a bit much NMP! Fancy wanting all that extra! You are paying a fair wack as it is.

Good result.

Egg were the ones that kept calling me when setting up IVA saying oh we can help you is better to do a DMP we are a very understanding company etc. Funny thing though was lloyds, as was banking with them owed them a large amount, closed bank account always had payments up to date, BUT never had a single phone call from them since stopped payments for two months.

Stupid thing with Lloyds TSB is that I 'only' owed them just over 2 grand, which was a drop in the ocean compared with the others, and they were the only ones who voted no!

we were exactly the same with tsb, they had the lions share of our debt as we bank with them, 2 credit cards with 15k and 10k a loan at 18k and they never hassled me once. Egg came running and screaming for 2.5k credit card!!!

Good results no more plastic. Lloyds TSB are one of my main creditors so I hope they remember what a fabulous customer I WAS all those years ago.[:o)] X
