Hi following on from others questions can I list my creditors and ask if these creditors are normally receptive to IVA's, my meeting is on Friday and to say I'm nervous is the biggest understatement of all time. What if this, what if that is constantly in my head, wakes up with me and goes to bed with me this IVA!

Myself:
HSBC - Loan
HSBC - Joint Overdraft
HSBC - Credit Card
M&S (More) Credit Card
Freemans (Catalogue)
Next (Catalogue)
Barclaycard (Credit Card)
Capital One (Credit Card)
Studio Cards (Catalogue)

Husband:
HSBC - Loan
HSBC - Joint Overdraft
Fashion World (Catalogue)

I am just meeting the 40p hurdle that HSBC require as you can see they are our main creditors.

I know IVA's are individual and that in a few days I know but positive thoughts for me please.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
